Pastificio Tosatti

This tiny but cute restaurant of Prenzlauerberg is probably one of the best pasta bar of the city. All is made on the spot and “minute” in front of the guest and all ingredients are organic. The pasta desk is open and you can have a look at the pasta making by hands, a real enjoyable show. The place and the Staff are both cute and great. Pasta are perfectly al dente cooked and flavoured with simple but inventive ingredients, always seasonal. The cute wood terrasse promisses nice summer evening with some italian wine in your hand (the owner will advice you among their good selection). This place is  definitely one of our favorite .
