This is the story of two young creative Berliner chefs Martin Müller & Kristof Mulack that innovatively combine modern German cuisine with traditional classics. The menu changes often and offers a 3 to 5-course menu option served in a “bar-style dining” directly at the counter or newly interpreted variants of the Berlin classics (à la carte).
TISK is something between a modern restaurant and a corner bar. All dishes are based on regional recipes and German traditional methods such as smoking, fermenting and curing.
