Sticky Chaï tea & Dark Chocolate Cookies

  • 215g Butter 
  • 340g Flour
  • 270g Sugar
  • 8g Baking Soda
  • 100g Dark Chocolate (pieces)
  • 75g Egg Whites
  • 60g La Main Noire Sticky Chai

    Melt Butter with Sticky Chai in a casserole on a low heat
  • 2
    Allow butter to melt fully and lightly brown
  • 3
    Once Chai aromas are strong and the butter has a light Noisette odor, remove from flame and let butter solidify in the fridge
  • 4
    Combine the cold infused butter with all other ingredients and mix well until a homogenous texture
  • 5
     Roll into 2-3cm high balls and cook for 5-7 minutes at 170 degrees
  • 6
    Note - Remove cookies when they are still soft to ensure the best texture
