INGREDIENTS
- 215g Butter
- 340g Flour
- 270g Sugar
- 8g Baking Soda
- 100g Dark Chocolate (pieces)
- 75g Egg Whites
- 60g La Main Noire Sticky Chai
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Melt Butter with Sticky Chai in a casserole on a low heat
- 2Allow butter to melt fully and lightly brown
- 3Once Chai aromas are strong and the butter has a light Noisette odor, remove from flame and let butter solidify in the fridge
- 4Combine the cold infused butter with all other ingredients and mix well until a homogenous texture
- 5Roll into 2-3cm high balls and cook for 5-7 minutes at 170 degrees
- 6Note - Remove cookies when they are still soft to ensure the best texture
